How do I resize a signature to between 10 and 20 KB?+
Choose the photo of your signature, keep 10–20 KB selected and press Resize. You get a JPG of at least 10 KB and under 20 KB.
My signature comes out under the minimum. What happens?+
A small, clean signature can be lighter than the form's minimum. The tool then adds empty padding inside the file so it reaches the minimum; the picture itself doesn't change.
What size does my form need?+
The upload instructions state it, in KB and sometimes in pixels or centimetres. Check the current version: limits change between years.
Tips for a clean signature photo+
Sign with a black pen on plain white paper, photograph it in daylight from straight above, and crop close to the signature.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?+
